Refund policy


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • A valid invoice or order proof must be provided

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The wrong item, size, or color was delivered
  • The product received is different from what was described

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and socks (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Used, worn, or washed products

4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer free size exchange (one time per order)
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested size is not available:
    • Refund will be provided
    • Orders has to be returned within 7 days of delivery and he exchange or replacement product will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

Note:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer

6. Return Process

  1. Customer raises a return request via website, WhatsApp, or email
  2. Share product images (mandatory for damaged/defective items)
  3. Request will be reviewed within 24–48 hours
  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged
  5. After quality check, refund or exchange will be processed

7. Important Notes

  • Returns will not be accepted after the return window expires
  • Refunds are issued only after successful quality inspection
  • No return or exchange will be accepted for fit or preference issues
