Description

Clean, structured square neckline on both front and rear.
Features a straight, horizontal high-empire chest yoke. The front yoke is 
adorned with three evenly spaced, centered 3D crochet or fabric flower
appliques with contrast yellow centers, securely tacked to the panel.
Extended sleeveless design featuring structured, highly gathered self-fabric 
flutter ruffles attached along the shoulder straps, tapering down toward the 
underarm. High empire line. The skirt is attached to the yoke with dense,
uniform gathers across the entire front and back width, creating fluid
vertical drapes and a roomy, comfortable flare. Classic, clean-finished turned
hem with a low-profile single-needle topstitch.
